every now and then, perfection is elusive—in these cases, here is our return policy:

1. we only accept returns of items sold at full price. sales of discounted items are final.
2. all returns must reach sandylew within 14 days from the acknowledged USPS delivery to your address. 
3. you trust us to send you lovely, new, unused pieces, and we trust you to send back new and unused pieces.

5. return postage is not prepaid. customer is responsible for return shipping cost. 
6. upon receipt and inspection at sandylew, a refund will be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase, and we will email you a receipt.
