permanent pleats are so easy to wear and so easy to care for! when washed in cold (heat is the enemy of polyester permanent pleating) and just loosely laid to dry~ like new!! this black and white print top has fit and yet is very easy over the body. sandy would wear a vest over this~ fun to have mixed textures and print under solid colors!
