this is the best ever skirt! sandy loves it and thinks it is the best skirt sandylew has ever carried! the wide jersey waistband is quite forgiving, and the body of the skirt is a sturdy, matte techno fabric ~ the shape is remarkably flattering! very well constructed and designed, this skirt looks great with any top! ( sandy is wearing it here with a permanent pleat vanite top !)
